Mikaira Pau is of Maori and Cook Islands Pukapukan descent.  He is a community leader, influencer, indigenous educator and practitioner.

He is perhaps better known as Mike Pau, one quarter of the popular Jamoa Jam quartet formed about twenty years ago.  Mikaira now lives in Ahipara in the far north with his Samoan partner Lotomua and their five children.

Mikaira is also a business owner and director of The Whanau Channel Limited.

Mikaira Pau is passionate about inspiring and encouraging our Pasefika people to live better healthier lives by eating better himself.
