As we continue our celebrations of Fiji Language week, we’re joined now on Pacific Breakfast by Juliana Satchell-Deo, Associate Curator Pasifika at the Auckland War Memorial Museum.  

Juliana was born and raised in Papua New Guinea, schooled in Queensland before moving to Suva at the age of 13 living in Lami. 

Juliana was formerly a part time lecturer in interior design at UNITEC Institute of Technology, before taking up a role as Collection Technician / Research Support - Image Orders with the Auckland museum in 2016.
