Dr Theo Boer, a professor of healthcare ethics, is currently in New Zealand, to talk about his experience working in an environment where euthanasia has been legal since 2002 and is practiced regularly. He was part of a review committee which has examined 4,000 euthanasia cases over the last 10 years.
