A group of Tahitians from Tupaia’s island Ra’iatea are in New Zealand as part of the Tuia 250 commemorations. Jean-Claude Tautu is a direct descendant of Tupaia and speaks to Pacific Breakfast about the significance of the event, alongside interpreter Ben Tei.
