Dave Parker was born in Samoa at Motootua Hospital in 1983, from the villages of Fugalei & Letogo.At 1 years old Dave and his family moved to Auckland New Zealand in 1984, In the space of 7 years he lived in Oraeki & Onehunga then moved back to Samoa in 1991 at aged 9 for the next 2 years. Dave and his younger brother Kevin moved back to New Zealand with his Grand Parents leaving behind their parents but this time in Wellington in 1993 at age 11.From then on Dave grew up in Wellington until he made the move to Brisbane Australia in 2010 where he currently resides with his wife Grace.

At a young age Dave loved watching Documentaries, History channel and True-life stories about people, especially our Pacific Island people.In 2018 around November

Dave bought his first camera without knowing how to use it. He shot a couple projects for a birthday and a church gathering without knowledge, just downloaded camera settings from a YouTube tutorial and went from there.

After frustrations of not understanding his camera settings and having to learn how to edit was mentally draining, He then lost motivation and left his camera sitting in the bag for months.

It wasn't until his wife told him to get back into it and start again.
From there Dave slowly invested his time in learning his craft and stayed focused throughout. To this day, Dave has gained a lot of experiences and knowledge all thanks to the help of experience Videographers and Film Directors, this was Daves way of communicating and connecting with people in the filming industry.

Dave connected with Maori couple Martin & wife Allies, owners of L.EYES EYEWEAR which is the leading Pacific Island eyewear Brand in the World, through them Dave secured ongoing business promo work which helped upskill his filming and editing techniques.Since collaborating with L.EYES EYEWEAR, they were able to do something special to promote Polynesian eyewear glasses and best of all.... meeting & connecting with Poly influencers.

Dave's younger brother Dray Parker who resides in Brisbane is also a Film Director, both have worked on a Music Video project together for their uncle Richard Parker "My Uso"Dave now professionally creates content for Business Promos, Music Videos, Events & Short Documentaries.

Dave's passion is to film and document people's stories, his main goal is to pursue filming, creating content fulltime.
