Rotuman journalist Christine Ravoi began her journalism career in Fiji at the former Daily Post newspaper before moving on to the Fiji Times.  She left Fiji following the 2000 coup and settled in New Zealand.  Christine continued her journalism journey at the Waikato Times in Hamilton and now calls South Auckland home.

In November 2018 she joined Radio NZ and is enjoying the challenges of radio broadcasting. She is part of the team  of brilliant minds covering Pacific issues - from the arts, community to politics.
