Northland communities have been hit hard over the last few weeks after severe flooding left many residents already exhausted, anxious and still recovering.
Communities like Whirinaki remain vulnerable, with some whānau displaced, homes damaged, and infrastructure still fragile after rivers burst their banks.
Joining us on the show today we have from Takahue , Andrew Cook to talk about how his family and community have been impacted and what the recovery and rebuild looks like for them.
