Mike is joined by Jason Blyth, Youth Advocate and Keynote Speaker, to discuss whether parents are robbing kids of boredom.
Jason says many parents feel pressure to keep children constantly entertained with screens, toys and distractions. But in a world of instant gratification, he warns kids may be losing the patience, creativity and focus that boredom once helped build.
He believes learning to sit with boredom teaches discipline and prepares young people for real life -rather than expecting the world to entertain them at every turn.
