Athenkosi Kwinana a visual art activist who works in both drawing and printmaking. In 2017, she graduated from the Walter Sisulu University in the Eastern Cape with a National Diploma in Fine Art, earning a Bachelor of Technology in Fine Arts in 2018, before embarking on her Masters in Fine Arts at the University of Johannesburg (UJ), which she completed in 202.

As a Person Living with Albinism (PLWA), her artworks focus on the daily lives and interactions of PLWA within South African communities, and the world at large.

The disproportionate impact of undiagnosed dyslexia among learners in under-resourced communities has prompted initiatives like iSchool Africa to close the literacy gap using Apple technology such as iPads and forward-thinking education practices.
