Relationship experts say an increasing number of brilliant, high-achieving women are choosing partners who may not match them on paper,  in education, income, or prestige but who bring something arguably more powerful and that is emotional intelligence, support, and a calm partner to share life with and this phenomenon is called hypergamy

These women are rewriting the rulebook: they're prioritizing being understood, feeling celebrated, and finding peace at home after competitive days in the workplace.
