It encourages individuals to slow down and enjoy the simple things in life, such as spending time with loved ones, pursuing hobbies, and connecting with nature.

It emphasises a more balanced and intentional approach to daily life, emphasising self-care, mindfulness, and conscious consumption.

But how can you live a slower life when you have a demanding job, a home in a bustling city or a busy family life?

Can you slow down if you’re on a strict budget, or is slow living only for the privileged few?

We spoke to Kgolagano Zaza Leola, a corporate executive and energy healer who is intentional about slow living
