Not so long ago, South Africa faced a significant shortage of Chartered Accountants remaining within its borders, creating challenges for their recruitment locally.

However, the situation is rapidly evolving, and the dynamics that once drove South African Chartered Accountant recruitment abroad are shifting.

A new service called ‘CAs Online’, has been introduced by Blue Recruiting, one of South Africa’s specialist CA recruitment consultancies. 

This is a video enabled platform for candidates to be exposed to more employment opportunities and for employers to efficiently filter through the many newly qualified CAs available.

We spoke to Blue Recruiting's Director Graeme Marais about the platform.
