The Tomorrows/Today Prize is South Africa’s most prestigious visual art accolade for emergent and under-represented artists. At this year’s Investec Art Fair, it announced its winner.

Some of the best in the world of art business came to the the decision; making the decision was  Spanish curator, Dr Mariella Franzoni and also included Zeitz MOCAA Curator Tandazani Dhlakama and Heba El Kayal, an independent curator and researcher based between Cairo and London.

The winner is Boemo Diale, who won the R80 000 prize which acknowledges a burgeoning art career.
