Hard to believe the Tasmanian Poetry Festival has been running for 40 years .... the brainchild of local poet Tim Thorne.... and the tradition continues this year.
A special event was held to launch season 2024 ... the Launceston launch of a special publication "Tim Thorne Greatest Hits" -- a special tribute by Lucie Thorne to honour the memory of her Dad.
Lucie Thorne popped into the Long Lunch program to tell us about the book ... and to give some insights into home life living with a poet and her involvement with the poetry festival through the decades.
