The Big Mix 

Born and raised in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, Vertic developed his musical ear early, shaped by deep house records played at home.

Formerly one half of Deep Narratives, Vertic helped shape a sound that blended deep house with Tribal, Afro House, and Afro Tech elements.

Driven by instinct, rhythm, and a desire to create something meaningful on the dance floor, Vertic started on his solo path to build music with a unique rhythmic signature that is honest, and deeply emotional.

Coming hot off his “Surfaces” EP release which was supported by all top tier DJs including Black Coffee and Pete Tong, Vertic is ready to share his new single “Elders Calling”.
