Elise Loehnen Walked Away From Fame & Money For A Smaller (Better) Life

View descriptionShare

Listen to part two of Mia's interview with Elise, here.

You’d probably recognise Elise Loehnen’s face because, in her role as Chief Content Officer at Goop, she hosted the Goop Lab TV show on Netflix and the Goop podcast alongside the company's founder, Gwyneth Paltrow.

But that fact is probably the least interesting thing about Elise Loehnen. In 2021, Elise walked away from her extremely high-profile job to launch a podcast and write her book. And her book On Our Best Behaviour, has blown our minds. As women, we congratulate ourselves when we resist the donut in the office kitchen. We celebrate our restraint when we hold back from sending an email in anger. We put others' needs ahead of our own and believe this makes us exemplary. But Elise is asking…does it?

This book and this conversation has changed the way Mia see’s the world and the way she sees herself...and we’re excited that it’s going to do the same for you.

THE END BITS:

With thanks to Elise Loehnen.
