The Biking Lawyer David Shellnutt is all too familiar with the stretch of Parkside where two people were killed and others injured by a speeding driver on Tuesday evening. He’s been retained by 3 cyclists seriously injured within the months of July and August 2021 alone. He tells Moore In The Morning that he is pushing for traffic calming infrastructure, more speed cameras and a collective mindset shift that sees driving as a privilege and not a right.
