That's the view of Vee Gani, Chairperson of the Durban South Branch of the Parents Association. He was reacting to the murder of a 17-year-old learner at a Verulam school - allegedly at the hands of a fellow learner. The 15-year-old suspect has already appeared at the Verulam Magistrates Court.
