By Newsbreak Producer, Taresh Harreeparshad - Three families say their loved ones are still missing- following the drowning of a church congregation  during a baptism ceremony. This includes a 3 month old baby. Search and rescue teams have resumed operations after heavy rains halted their work. 14 people have drowned in the incident in Johannesburg.
