10/01/24: We recently saw that the North Dakota Supreme Court ruled Cass County prosecutors inappropriately admitted evidence in a child sex abuse trial against David Gaddie, and now the prosecutors want another hearing. In order to get a better understanding of the case and issue, Joel brings Steven Morrison into the conversation. Steven is a Professor of Law at UND and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
