10/17/24: Mark Friese is a defense attorney with the Vogel Law Firm in Fargo, and supports decriminalizing marijuana for recreational use. Pat Finken is the Chair of Brighter Future Alliance and opposes legalizing recreational marijuana. Joel Heitkamp is joined by both of them in the KFGO studio to go over both sides of Measure 5, which would legalize recreational marijuana for adults age 21+ and allow for cannabis manufacturing and dispensaries.
