08/19/25: Nick Phillips is the Executive Vice President of Public Affairs with Applied Digital. He joins Joel on "News and Views" to talk about his company and why they continue to build in North Dakota.  Applied Digital already operates data centers near Ellendale and Jamestown, and they announced plans to build a $3 billion data center at Harwood, north of Fargo.
