02/01/23: North Dakota Supreme Court Justice Gerald VandeWalle retired yesterday, January 31, due to health reasons. He joins Joel on "News and Views" to reminisce on and talk about his time on the Court. He was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1978 and served as chief justice from 1993 until 2019, when he did not seek reappointment as chief, and had been the longest-serving chief justice in state history.
