Yesterday, ND State Senator Erin Oban and State Representative Karla Rose Hanson proposed a bill that would fund paid leave for workers who contract COVID-19 using CARES Act Funding.

Former Cass County Commissioner Chad Peterson announced his campaign Thursday morning.  Chad is a small business owner who served three terms on the Cass County Commission.

The commission seats of Denise Kolpack and Dave Piepkorn are up in June. Piepkorn and Kolpack are both running for the mayoral seat as mayor Tim Mahoney ends his final term in office.
