02/25/25: Moorhead Police Chief Shannon Monroe is retiring at the end of March and Deputy Chief Tory Jacobson is retiring on February 28th. The City of Moorhead has made a conditional offer to Fargo Police Capt. Chris Helmick to be its next police chief.

Joel Heitkamp is joined in the KFGO studio by Chief Monroe and Deputy Chief  Jacobson to talk about their decision to retire, how their jobs have changed over the years, and what they'd like to say to the FM community.
