If you've ever found yourself tailgating before a Philadelphia Eagles game, chances are you know the name "Big Ed Callahan." Big Ed, as he is known, runs one of the primo tailgates in Eagles country.

He is known for his hospitality and generosity, feeding the masses and providing specialty beverages to his tailgate crowd, keeping with the "Corleone" model of tailgating: "Someday, and that day may never come, I will call upon you to do a service for me." But until that happens, Big Ed asks for nothing in return. In this interview with host Joel Heitkamp live from Philly, Big Ed previews Sunday's NFC Championship game and the tailgating menu and schedule.
