08/24/2026: Professor Laurie Levenson is a Professor of Law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and Legal Commentator for CBS, CNN, ABC, NBC, BBC, and NPR. She is also the David W. Burcham Chair in Ethical Advocacy at Loyola where she teaches evidence, criminal law, ethics, and trial advocacy. 

The Supreme Court ruled Friday that President Trump can, for now, move forward with construction of his ballroom without needing approval from Congress.
