03/14/24: Fargo City Commissioner, John Strand, is hosting for Joel Heitkamp while he's out. John is joined by Jim Neubauer and Matt Gardner.

Jim Neubauer is the President of the North Dakota League of Cities, and has served as the City Administrator for the city of Mandan since 2000. Matt Gardner is the executive director of the North Dakota League of Cities, and is a member of the board of directors of the North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund, and serves on the advisory council for the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute.
