04/30/26: Joel visits with BIA President Elect Brook Goossens, from Hawthorne Custom Homes, about the upcoming Parade of Homes. There will be 61 homes by 28 participants where you can explore the hottest trends in newly built homes over six different communities - Fargo, Horace, Kindred, Mapleton, Moorhead and West Fargo.

Event website is paradefm.com and includes details on each home and builder, a map, photos and links to virtual tours if available. Magazines and maps will be at all Hornbacher’s stores as well.
