11/04/22: Joel is joined by former Governor of North Dakota and United States Secretary of Agriculture, Ed Schafer. He joins Joel to talk about Measure 1 on the North Dakota ballot. This initiated measure would add a new article to the North Dakota Constitution. It would stipulate that an individual could not serve as a legislator for a cumulative period in excess of eight years in either the House of Representatives or the Senate, separately. It would prohibit an individual from being elected as Governor more than twice.
