Former U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan says North Dakota's freshman U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp made the right decision on a controversial methane rule vote. Heitkamp voted against overturning a rule that requires oil and gas companies to better capture methane from flaring, which is an important resource to capture, as Dorgan explains in this interview with guest host Perry Miller.
