03/02/26: Dan Wogsland is a former North Dakota House Majority and Minority Leader, and was the was the executive director of the North Dakota Grain Growers Association. Dan is filling in for Joel Heitkamp, and is joined by his former colleague in the North Dakota State Legislature, Bruce Laughlin. A resident of Finley, he served in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1971 until 1978 and from 1983 to 1994.
