07/17/26: Fargo Wards for Equal Representation, led by former Fargo City Commissioners Tony Gehrig and Arlette Preston, wants to replace the city’s commission system with a ward-based city council where representatives would be required to live in the areas they serve. Arlette Preston joins Joel Heitkamp on "News and Views" to talk about the potential ward system.
