11/20/24: Joel Heitkamp is joined by Makenna Peterson, the metro area student ambassador advisor, as well as Callie Savageau, a high school senior at DGF, to talk about their work with Fill The Dome. 

This student-led event started in 2007 and focuses on collecting donations and raising awareness surrounding the issue of hunger. Area students come together each year to collect food to fill the entire floor of the Fargodome that gets distributed through the Great Plains Food Bank supporting the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding areas.
