08/29/25: Joel Heitkamp is joined by the Mayor of Fargo, Tim Mahoney, for a conversation on the City of Fargo taking action to annex land near Harwood where the $3 billion Applied Digital artificial intelligence data plant may go. After Mayor Mahoney sharing his side, the Mayor of Harwood, Blake Hankey, calls in to join in the conversation. The two Mayors spar a bit over what was said and decided, going back-and-forth on "News and Views." Applied Digital has said it hopes to move ahead with “Polaris Forge 2” quickly and break ground as soon as next month.
