10/16/23: Aaron Birst is the Executive Director of the North Dakota Association of Counties. He joined NDACo in 2006 to fill two distinct roles - that of Legal Counsel for the Association, and as Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor, and took over as the Executive Director in 2022.
