Mike Fedorchak is the North Dakota state director of Americans for Prosperity, a conservative political advocacy group funded by the Koch brothers. Last week, Americans for Prosperity unveiled, perhaps, an unlikely digital advertising campaign: a "thank you" to Democratic Senator Heidi Heitkamp for supporting a banking deregulation bill. "If you can help middle America by deregulating some of the constrictions that were put on those banks, I think that's good policy," Fedorchak explains. He jokes, "You get a lot of buzz for a 'thank you' these days."
