The New Orleans Carnival Legislative Advisory Committee met to discuss the 2025 Carnival season. Committee officials discussed topics regarding changes to the City Code in reference to requires hip tags, certifications, horse vaccination records, confetti canons, the prohibiting of upholstered furniture on the route, open flames, expanded definition of marching bands and more.
