New Orleans being one of the largest gateways in America for imported unprocessed green coffee beans from Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam, and other parts of the world. Not only does NOLA import close to 300,000 tons of green coffee beans annually, but it is also home to all the value-added services for coffee, making it hugely impactful to the local and regional economy.
