Marcy opens the show with Lou Ciampi Jr. and Shaun Daney, who talk about an upcoming indoor triathlon at Odyssey Fitness to benefit the Wilkes-Barre Police Department. The event is April 13th, registration is open until the 5th. Participants will tackle a 400 yard swim, 5 miles on a stationary bike and 2 mile run on the indoor track.
