(00:00 - 15:00)The Women's Resource Center in Scranton is a massive asset to Lackawanna and Susquehanna Counties, with the nonprofit taking in over 11 thousand calls in the past year! Director or Development Amy Everetts joins the show to discuss the services the nonprofit offers during April's Sexual Assault Awareness Month, as well as several upcoming events. (15:00 - 17:15) Then Frankie is joined by Stephanie Fernandes to learn about this year's Rick's Fun Run! The race will be held Sunday May 5th at 10am at the Birchwood Pavillion in Plains with a pre-registration of 8:30am. Proceeds benefit a local family in need, and this year's event will aid a 2nd grade teach from Solomon Plains who is on medical leave battling cancer. Rick's Fun is was created in 2017 in honor of Fernandes's father, who lost his battle with cancer in 2018. Learn more about Rick's Fun Run on Facebook.

Marcy is joined by Osterhout Library Community Relations Director Michelle Riley to hear all about this year's All Fore Books Golf classic coming up Sunday, May 5th from 10-2! Bring your family and mini-golf 18 rounds through the library itself! The Osterhout holds the event with the help with the Wilkes-Barre Rotary Club, and proceeds benefit children's programs at the library as well as a literacy outreach program! The library system is now so much more than books - they offer free computer access, wifi-hotspot rentals, the "Library of Things" and so much more! (28:25 - 30:00) Construction season is here and Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn Atty. Andy Shumlas tells Frankie about construction safety and accidents. Thousands of construction workers are seriously injured or killed on the job each year.  Workers can minimize risks by following OSHA guidelines and using fall protection, and following guidelines when around heavy machinery, equipment and cave in hazards.
