Marcy opens the show with Nicole Urban, Founder of Ol' Mother Cluckers Fam Sanctuary in Meshoppen. Nicole started the nonprofit in 2020 after driving to Texas to save a retired racehorse from slaughter, and has been taking in farm animals in need from across the nation ever since. Urban cares for everything from pigs and horses to sheep and cows...and is helping to raise not only awareness of farm animal abuse, but education on the animals as well. Then, HKQ Atty. Rick Bishop explains the historical importance of the Jewish holiday Purim, which is celebrated this year from March 23-24. 

Lastly a free community dental clinic named Dentistry from the Heart will take place Saturday, April 27th at Horizon Dental Care in Hawley. Event founder Dr.John Evanish says the clinic is completely free and will offer cleanings, fillings and extractions to persons 18 and up. It opens at 8am and is first-come-first-served.
