Patrick Hart from Veterans Promise talks about the Dickson City nonprofit and the plethora of services and programs it offers to veterans around the region - and beyond! In its 6th year, Veterans Promise can give aid to veterans struggling with mental health, addiction, food insecurity, homelessness and more. It also helps family members through educations and other means. They are preparing to open a second location in Muncy to assist those in need in Central PA as well, continuing the same array of programs. Veterans Promise hosts a series of fundraising events throughout the year, and accepts volunteers.
