Marcy is joined by Northeast Sight Services President and CEO, Sara Peperno and Director of Development Amy Feldman to talk about the nonprofit that's been around for over a century! Northeast Sight Services offers an array of services to area resident battling vision loss or blindness, focusing a majority of their attention on area seniors. The group also offers educational services and runs more than 5,000 annual vision screenings for a multitude of local school districts. Sara and Amy discuss the history of the nonprofit, as well as technological advancements around sight and even some recent firsts for the vision-impaired.
