We welcome the North Pocono Cultural Society's President, Michele Orrson, and Treasurer, Lisa Duffy, to talk about the organization that serves roughly 8 communities. The North Pocono Cultural Society's goal is to promote and preserve the arts - across all forms - within their communities. The group holds numerous annual events, including the Moscow Country Street Fair. The organization supports area students through scholarships, and has provided over $36,000 in funds to North Pocono High School students over the last decade. You can learn more or become a member at www.NorthPoconoCulturalSociety.org

Then WBRE-TV's Nick Toma learns how the Weatherly American Legion is helping a national effort in getting cards to soldiers through this week's episode of Veterans Voices. Through the "Cards for Soldiers" Program Legion members create all types of cars that get shipped to soldiers overseas, which then can be personalized and sent to family and friends back home.  Learn more and catch more episodes at www.PAHomepage.com
