His lawyer even says the explosive truth. So the battle between Justin and Blake it's heating up and it's about to get really, really nasty. So the actor and director who's been accused of sexual harassment by Blake last week, she did that last week. He's preparing a countersuit and promises to flip the script, leaving jaws on the floor. His high powered attorney, Brian Freeman, he really is a big deal, has worked with a lot a lot of celebrities, dropped the bombshells in a fiery statement to Dateline and Entertainment website, declaring that their forthcoming legal action will quote shock everyone and expose what he claims is quote a demonstrously false narrative that Blake has been spreading. He added, quote in over thirty years of practice, I've never seen this level of unethical behavior. He went on to slam what he calls as medium manipulation and behind the scenes drama, and the lawsuit will reveal, he claims, real evidence and uncover the truth. So once again, the it ends with us. Director actor is planning to file a countersuit as soon as the court opens on New Year's Day. Gosh, that's only a few days ago, adding another dramatic twist to an already headline grabbing scandal. So let me remind you, Blake. She put out a lawsuit last week against Justin, accusing him of sexual harassment. Also to she claims there was a smear campaigner, a calculated smear campaign. Now in the lawsuit, I've read it several times. She has lots of alleged text messages between his publicists, and they're really ugly messages taking her down, really trying to destroy her reputation, her career. We read them and we were all really shocked. Well, now Justin's lawyer is fighting back and they are going to They're going to put out their own lawsuit next week. A countersuit is going to be coming. Really actually not next week, in just a few days. They said they're going to do it on the first day that the courts open in the new year. This is not going away. I hit the phones and they said, Justin is not embarrassed. It's not upset by the claims in Blake's lawsuit. Instead, he's furious about them. He's angry about them. He thinks he is. She is once again manipulating the narrative, manipulating the media. These two bottom line do not like each other. And I'm told neither were angels on the set. If indeed she felt sexually harassed by Justin, then he has to answer for that. He was the director of this movie as well as the star. It's his responsibility. But if she was a nightmare on the set, and I've heard she was very, very difficult too, I'm not saying that justifies her allegations, but that will come out. In fact, if I was blake, I would be preemptive here and I would say, as a very naughty person on this set, it wasn't my shining gower, it wasn't my best hour. I regret the way I behave, But that does not excuse what he did. I think if you tell the truth upfront, then that literally neuters him. It takes away all his claims of her being difficult. I'm told there will be in his countersuit a laundry list of all the instances where she was rude to him, rude to the other people on the set, not nice, when she was a nightmare, when she was late, when she was difficult, the things that she allegedly did behind his back to undermine him. This is gonna be Johnny Depp, an amber heard part two and I beg, you can't even remember who won? That? It was Johnny, But did he really win because in the process they both destroyed one another. This is the problem with lawsuits. It's once you file a lawsuit, everything comes out. Now that should be a good thing, but only only a good thing if you've got nothing to hide. And I believe both parties here are somewhat guilty. I'm not saying of what these are allegations at the moment, but neither one of them were a hero while this film was being made. What a nightmare it's being The movie was a huge hit. I thoroughly, thoroughly fun thoroughly recommend this movie. It's a really deep, dark, sort of a tragic tale. It's a warning this movie. It touched me really emotionally. I thought about it several times, so much so I bought the book. Well they're doing part two. There's another book in this series. He owns the rights to that. Well that's not gonna get made now, so we can kiss part two goodbye while these two fight it out. But he's not backing down. He is now fighting back, which brings us to our pole question of the day. Let's just call it what it is and so, and it's sort of complaining to People Magazine, saying the most annoying part of the annual broadcast is that Cooper Anderson Cooper tends to dissolve into a puddle of giggles during the final stretch of the event. If you've ever watched it, I've never watched the whole thing. I've watched a little bit of it, and they're adorable together. They make me laugh. I still miss Kathy Griffin. I think Anderson and Kathy Griffin was comedy Gold because she's a comedian. Andy Cohen's charming and funny and witty, but he's not a stand up comedian, and so I do miss Kathy. However, Andy there, it's lovely, it's quite funny, but it's a long broadcast. It's several hours, and Andy saying the last nineteen minutes, Anderson is just giggling, laughing at everything, and he said, I'm the one having to hold it together. Now, when you do a live show, you have to hit commercial breaks. When I had my morning show, the most important thing with the sponsors because they pay for the whole network, they pay for the broadcast. They're paying your salary, so that's really really important. So if the choice is landing a funny joke or asking one extra question to the guest or going to commercial commercial, always wins, because without the commercials, there would be no show. He said, I have to hit all the commercial breaks. While he's over there cracking up. He called it role reversals, and he's like, I become mister CNN and he becomes mister Bravo. Are they all cute together? I do enjoy them sometimes that the drinking gets a little bit much for me, particularly if I'm at home not really drinking much that night. And I'm not quite sure does this help Anderson, does it loosen him up? It's weird because two days later he goes back to being a scene in Newsman and Anchor are very very serious newsman, so I do enjoy seeing the fun side, but I'm not quite sure about it. And we've been in it now for a couple of years and I really really look forward to it. This is where all the celebrities go. So while Jala was in town with her family and Kevin, they bumped into each other. Now, she's a huge fan of a Yellowstone. In fact, when she was with Ben, Ben used to joke that he was jealous of her on Scream Romance with Kevin and Yellowstone. So when she saw him, my sources telling me she had a million questions, she fangirled out and she's Jelo, So he was like kind of cool about it, but she was the one that went running over. They spoke, They did not change numbers. They are not dating. I'm not even sure he's a fan of hers. I don't know her music is his cup of tea, but she's a huge fan of his. When you see two celebrities talking in a restaurant, in a bar, in a story, even or even on the street, this doesn't mean they're dating. They're not. They're definitely not dating. I think it was fun bumping into someone you're a fan of imagined that it is fun. Jayla's a huge star but she's also a real person and she has people that she absolutely loves. Eyes with j Lo Ones, I think we're in the Golden Globes, and she's the biggest Barbara Streisan fan in the world. So Justin is leaning on his faith as the shocking galligations against his former friend and mentor did he continue to dominate the headlines the pop stars Now thirty Justin thirty and he took to Instagram over the weekend to post a cryptic some people are saying yet heartfelt message about finding solace in his relationship with Jesus. He wrote the following quote, how can I really believe Jesus is with me. And then he answered his own question saying, quote, every time I thought he wouldn't show up for me, he has. He always has. Beautiful. So this is a very nice post from Justin. His faith is very important to him. I spoke to my Justin sources and they said, it's Christmas, it's that time of year, it's the birth of Jesus. He just had his own child, and so he's very emotional at the moment, and this had absolutely nothing to do with did he. However, some folks are saying it is suspicious that Justin, who has said nothing about did his arrest and the allegations of sexual assault and trafficking sex trafficking. He said nothing about it, although sources do say he was struggling with the news. Did he was not only a friend but also a mentor.
