Artem Chigvintsev, the 42-year-old professional dancer known for his role on Dancing With the Stars, was arrested on a domestic violence charge in Napa Valley, California.  Romy Lauer, the 20-year-old daughter of former "Today" host Matt Lauer, was involved in a car accident over the July Fourth weekend in the Hamptons, Page Six has learned. Prince William and Prince Harry had a subdued reunion as both brothers discreetly attended the funeral of their uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, in Snettisham, Norfolk.
