Our guest today is Jeremy Dullard – he’s is the founder and director of the Melbourne-based music group, Gamelan DanAnda. Jeremy is a champion of Balinese ‘gamelan’: a percussion based orchestra of gongs, flutes, metalophones, and more. Through rehearsals, lessons, workshops, and concerts, Jeremy’s community-based enterprise brings together participants of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. He teaches, composes and performs, with his work seen in a recent collaboration album with Melbourne Fusion group, Firetail; and concerts at the recent National Folk Festival in Canberra. Jeremy’s also a dad, and runs a popular “parent & kids gamelan group” ! Welcome to Music Mothers and Others!

An absolute legend of Australian music, Jess is a singer, a writer, a performer - multi ARIA award winner, and recently inducted into the National Indigenous Music Awards Hall of Fame - incredible. She’s been in the spotlight for nearly 20 years, and after a long time at major labels, she has recently taken the next big boss lady move by stepping out as an independent artist on the new label Jamally, with her new single “While I Got Time”.  Oh, and somewhere in there she finds time to be an incredible Mum, Sister and Daughter. In his spare time he’s also a Dad and touring musician, regularly working with Australian icon Marcia Hines. A true all rounder and a joy to talk to - welcome Ronny!
