As Miranda Priestly nears retirement, she reunites with Andy Sachs to face off against her former assistant turned rival: Emily Charlton. Did it feel like a proper follow up or just another legacy sequel nostalgia bait and switch?  In the Trailer Park, Mike talks about Jackass Best and Last which is coming out on June 26th and will serve as the final film in the franchise. Mike shares details that have some fans upset that we are not getting all new material in this installment and why Steve-O said he is worried about people overhyping it.

Mike talks about actors who had very different careers before making it in Hollywood. From doctors to firefighters, footballers to lawyers, these are the unexpected paths that led some of the biggest stars to fame. Mike talks to They Will Kill You’s director Kirill Sokolov about why he quit his dream to be scientist to direct movies, scenes that came to him in a dream and how much prep goes into a day of shooting with real FIRE. He then talks to the movie’s producers Andy and Barbara Muschietti who are siblings.  They are known for directing and producing horror hits like Mama, IT: Chapter One, IT: Chapter Two, and the series IT: Welcome to Derry. Mike talks to them about what a producer of a movie actually does, the hardest things to get cleared by the studio and if a boldly original film originally is seen as a risk. In the Movie Review, Mike talks about Michael. It’s the story of  Michael Jackson from his early days in the Jackson 5 to becoming the biggest entertainer in the world. Michael Jackson is played by his nephew, Jaafar Jackson. Mike talks about where it ranks on the music biopics so far of the decade, Jaafar Jackson’s performance and the controversy surrounding what the movie left out. In the Trailer Park, Mike talks about Street Fighter. Set in 1993, estranged Street Fighters Ryu and Ken  are thrown back into combat when the mysterious Chun-Li recruits them for the next World Warrior Tournament. CinemaCon 2026 went down last week which is basically a giant party in Las Vegas just for people who own movie theaters! He breaks down why movie theaters don’t make money on films and the top bankable actors according to theater owners. Mike shares the Top 5 things he is excited for after the event including the first look at the new Godzilla movie, new Spider-Man details, Avengers Doomsday and more! In the Movie Review, Mike talks about Lee Cronin's The Mummy. It’s about the young daughter of a journalist who  disappears into the desert without a trace. Eight years later, the broken family is shocked when she is returned to them, as what should be a joyful reunion turns into a living nightmare. Mike talks about where this movie went too far, the uncomfortable gore and what it means for the rest of the Blumhouse, Atomic Monster and New Line’s  major monster revival.  In the Trailer Park, Mikes about The End of Oak Street that features Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor run from dinosaurs in suburbia. Mike shares the reason we don’t get more dinosaur movies, what director Anne Hathaway says saved her career and a tragic story with a cast member.

Mike’s favorite season is Summer Blockbuster season. However, he is feeling differently after the list came out of the Top 10 most anticipated movies of Summer 2026, according to 7,000+ people surveyed by Fandango. He tears into the list but also gives why he is hopeful that Gen Z will keep movie theaters alive. In the Movie Review, Mike talks about the Apple TV movie ‘Outcome’ starring Keanu Reeves. He plays Reef Hawk, a damaged Hollywood star who must look into his past to confront demons and make amends after he is extorted with a mysterious video clip. Mike shares his thoughts on Jonah Hill as a director, questions Keanu Reeves recent role choices and why this comedy falls flat. In the Trailer Park, Mike talks about the new horror movie called Backrooms. It stars Chiwetel Ejiofor as an employee who stumbles upon a mysterious doorway that leads into an endless nightmare space and is directed by Kane Parsons who is only 20 years old!
