Montrose County School District is making some big changes soon -- updating their early childhood center, addressing long-running maintenance concerns and maybe even building a new high school. Staff Writer Anna Lynn Winfrey interviewed James Pavlich, executive director of operations at MCSD, as well as director of property services Philip Bailey and director of the early childhood center Penny Harris. The three discussed the school's new master plan along with the needs of the broader scholastic community.
